1. Start with or without AI
Choose your mode when you first launch the app. You can change it later under “Info & Settings”. Without AI, nothing is sent for recognition.
2. Record your expenses
Enter purchases manually or use optional recognition after giving consent. Check the store, date, amount and recognized details. Fuel purchases can include information such as liters and fuel type.
3. Build up your analyses
Your spending history grows as you record more data. Personal price comparisons require repeated purchases of comparable products. Forecasts require a suitable period of historical data.
4. Add contracts and income
Recurring expenses are entered with their payment intervals and due dates. Income is optional and enables additional budget views.
5. Manage your data
You can delete all app data under “Info & Settings”. In this project, the app is excluded from Android automatic cloud backup and device transfer. Uninstalling removes local app data.

What is WertNoxX?+
WertNoxX brings together your recorded fixed and variable expenses: rent, utilities, energy, mobile plans, internet, insurance, loan installments, medication and everyday shopping. It also provides personal price trends, forecasts and an optional budget overview.
Does WertNoxX work without AI?+
Yes. Without AI, you enter the store, date and total manually. Expense summaries, contracts, budgets and forecasts remain available. Item-based analyses such as personal inflation, price indices and market comparisons are hidden in this mode.
Where is my data stored?+
Receipts, contracts, income and analyses are stored on your device. If you enable and consent to optional receipt or contract recognition, the required images or files are processed using Google services. See “App privacy” for details.
How reliable are the forecasts?+
Forecasts are based on recorded expenses and known contract due dates. Their reliability depends on the quantity and quality of your data. They are estimates, not guarantees of actual future expenses.
Do I have to enter my income?+
No. Income & budget is optional. All other analyses work without income data. When income is entered, the app can also calculate the available monthly amount and a 12-month outlook.
Can I download WertNoxX yet?+
The Android application is complete and is initially being offered to businesses. A Google Play Store release is planned for a later date. An iOS version for the Apple App Store is planned, but no release date has been set.
What is AI used for?
Roland Fröschke developed the calculation and analysis logic himself. Expense analysis, personal price trends, contract overviews, budget calculations and forecasts run locally on the device. AI is used only for optional receipt and contract recognition.
Report an issue
Please include the app version, Android version, device model and steps to reproduce the issue. Do not send unredacted receipts or contracts containing sensitive information.
